WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from two warehouses — USA and International. Customers in the US usually prefer the USA warehouse: products arrive faster and without most customs issues. In international warehouse shipments, smooth delivery is achieved at a rate of over 90%.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • USA Warehouse: 1-4 days (to USA)
  • International Warehouse: 5-12 days (worldwide)
  • All orders are packed and shipped using reliable, discreet methods.

WAIT PERIOD & SEIZURES

Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us about a non-arrival. If your order is seized at customs, contact us immediately with a scanned copy of the seizure letter and a new shipping address — your order will be re-shipped for free right away.

TRACKING

All shipments are sent via first-class, priority registered airmail. Email us if you don't receive a working tracking number within 3 business days of sending your payment information.

INSURANCE

Insure your order by paying an extra 10% of the order total. If your package is lost or damaged, we re-ship your order — unlimited times — for a 100% delivery guarantee. Insurance is not available for: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, North Korea, South Korea and the Philippines.
